This product can be connected to APP “Tuya Smart”, which are available on mobile phones with Android, iOS or Harmony OS system. Users can install the APP on Google Play or App Store.

How to operate the device using the “Tuya Smart” App ？

Search and Connect: Power on the device, and turn on the Bluetooth function of your phone. Click "+" in the Tuya Smart to add a device named "Super Functional Wear" , then click connect. During connection, the indicator light of the device will turn blue. When successfully connected, the blue light will turn off, and then the APP jump to the device control page.

Firmware Upgrade: Click the symbol on the top right of the control page to enter the device details page, you can find the "Device Update" option, if there is a new firmware, click here to upgrade.

Unbinding and resetting: 

Unbind: Only unbind the current device from the Tuya account, do not clear the device data and configuration. Meanwhile, allow another user to connect to the device.

Unbind and clear data: All data will be cleared, all configurations will be restored to factory defaults, and the binding relationship between the device and the Tuya account will be released at the same time.

No, Because the product uses express or air transportation, for safety consideration, all Oops Lab heated apparel comes without a battery and charger. Users can use any brand of charging bank with USB port.
